Watch For Specially Marked Boxes of Pop Tarts

Go here to view the details of Pop Tarts' newest promotion. Here's how it works:

Purchase specially marked boxes of Pop Tarts of different flavors. Each box contains a 16 digit code you enter online. Once you have entered 5 codes you can choose one of the following rewards:

2 Free Boxes of Pop Tarts
25 Photo prints from Snapfish
5 Music Downloads
1 Magazine Subscription
One Free Movie Ticket (up to $12)

*Remember you must purchase different flavors*

Last day to enter codes is 9/29/2011. Limit 5 per household.

CVS has Pop Tarts on sale this week 3/$5
Use the $1.25/3 here
or the $1.25/3 found in 3/28 Red Plum insert

Buy 6 boxes @ $10
Use (2) $1.25 coupons
= $7.50 or $1.25/box AND you can get 1 Reward (I think the free movie ticket is the best deal)

Target also has the Pop Tarts on sale for $1.88, so not as good as the CVS deal. I recommend price matching either at Target or Walmart, as I'm sure CVS has a VERY limited selection in flavors and to do this deal you would need to purchase 6 different flavors.

Since this is a new promotion you may have a hard time finding these boxes, so let us know if you find some!

mine :(

Kmart just released a $10/$20 purchase printable coupon.

Now, I will tell you that this coupon DOES come from the Kmart website; however, once Kmart realizes how widely it has been distributed they can decide to pull it at any time. There are reports of people using these this afternoon and they worked just fine with no beeps. Also, the fine print says it has to be $20 before taxes and after all other discounts; however, its been reported if you hand this coupon over first and then your other coupons, it goes through just fine.

The coupon does not expire until 5/21, and I will update you if I hear they are no longer accepting them.

Now to tell you some more good news. Beginning April 4th through the 10th Kmart will be holding a "Double Coupon" event. Go here to see a list of participating stores. But don't get too excited... You can only double 5 coupons per day. They will double coupons with the value up to and including $2.00.

Target 3/14 - 3/20

There's a Good Deal Right Now on Soft Scrub Total!
(This is not a sale, just a really good deal with the following coupons:
Use $1.00 Target Coupon here
Combined with a $1.50 manufacturers coupon here

So here's how your transaction would look:
Soft Scrub Totals priced @ $3.79 each at my store
- $1.50 MQ
- $1.00 Target coupon
= $1.29

But here's a way to make this deal MUCH better!
You can also price match this with the Walgreens ad this week for $2.99
Soft Scrub Totals priced @ $2.99
- $1.50 MQ
- $1.00 Target coupon
= $.49
** It has just come to my attention that Target has changed its Price Match policy. Any Target coupons will be taken off the price of the product prior to the price match, and then they will price match ONLY if the item is still priced higher than the price match. So the above Walgreens price match will not work. Regular price $3.79 - $1.00 Target Coupon = $2.79 which is lower than the price at Walgreens. So the cheapest you'll get these is $1.29.

Here's Some Good Deals I Got This Weekend!

TOILET PAPER & PAPER TOWELS!!!

Rarely do I get excited about toilet paper and paper towels. These are 2 items that I have a hard time finding really good sales and/or really high dollar coupons, but thanks to a sale on Charmin and Bounty at Target this past week and one on Cottonelle at Walgreens along with some high dollar coupons I received from the P&G homemailer I was able to get a pretty good deal on all this.

Target had a buy 2 get a $5.00 gift card on both the Charmin and the Bounty. I combined that with 2 $1.00 Charmin homemailer coupons and used $1.00 off Bounty from the same homemailer along with a $.25 coupon from the P&G insert.

Walgreens had the Charmin on sale buy 3 get a $5.00 RR. Combined with a $1.00 off printable, and this was a pretty good deal as well.

And now I won't have to worry about either for quite a while!!!

Here's a few other great deals I snagged this weekend!

Target:
5 boxes of Kashi crackers (These were on sale for $2.59 each; buy 4 get one free)
Used 4 $1.50/1 or here
and One Free box Kashi crackers
= $1.77/5 boxes or $.35 each

Make sure to check your receipts!!! The cashier actually did not take off the $2.59 for my free box, she looked liked she wasn't sure what to do and sure enough it never showed up on my receipt, so I'll need to take my receipt back to get my refund.

I also got the 2 Old Spice Body Washes. These are clearenced right now for $.48 each. I used a $3/2 coupon from the P&G insert. So, I got these free + $2.04 overage.

2 Renu $1.47 each. I used (2) $2.00 coupons. So, I got these free + $1.06 overage.

5 Boxes of 12 ct Pop Tarts for $1.29 - $1.50 each (You can read about the Gift Card deal here which is good through 3/13)

Walgreens:
3 Boxes Kotex Tampons $.65 each after RR and coupons
2 Aveeno Baby Shampoos $1.79 each after RR and coupons
1 Prevacid 42 ct. FREE ($23.99 after in ad coupon; used $10 coupon and will submit for a Try Me Free rebate up to $25.00)

General Mill Cereals are on sale for $3.00 each; Buy 3 Get 1 Free
The following are listed as being included in the sale:
Honey Nut Cheerios 17 oz
Mult-Grain Cheerios 12.8 oz
Fiber One 16.2 oz

Use $.75/1 Fiber One (print 2 each "> here , here or here)

Your store may or may not allow you to use a coupon on the free box, so your total would be $1.50 - $1.68/box.

Use $1/3 General Mills Cereals found in the 2/7 Smart Source insert
Your total would be $2.00/box

Free Clorox Toilet Wand

The Clorox Toilet Wand System is priced at around $10 at most stores.

Use the $5 printable found here (Firefox Link)
and
the $5 mail-in rebate found here

I bought one of these several months ago and really like it. Having small children, I like the idea of being able to throw away the dirty brush after each use. My only complaint is I have not found any coupons or sales on the refills.
